The six things buyers ask before a first order. Where a figure depends on the part or the market, it is confirmed on the quote rather than published as a blanket rule.
Samples are paid in full before production. Production orders are paid in full before the goods ship — T/T, on the schedule stated on the proforma invoice. We do not ship against an open balance.
DDP door-to-door is standard — the quoted price is the total landed cost. If you would rather clear the goods yourself, EXW and FOB are quoted on request.
Inspect on arrival, before the goods go into stock, and send photos of anything short or damaged. Confirmed transit damage is replaced on your next order or credited. For custom parts, a batch that does not match the approved sample or drawing is remade or credited.
No blanket exclusivity. Territory protection is a commercial conversation against a committed volume for that market — raise it before you invest in a market, not after.
Not applicable to custom or private-label parts — the brand is yours and the retail price is yours to set. On our own stock line we do not enforce a minimum advertised price.
Assessed per order, not per SKU — a 50-piece order reaches the Distributor tier even when it is split across several part numbers. Custom work is quoted per drawing, with quantity as part of the quote.
