Custom Rally Towers,
Around Your Fork & Your Screen

Navigation towers for hard-ADV and rally builds — built around the fork, the screen and the instruments you actually run, not around one model year.

What We Can Change

Six things that make the part yours instead of a catalogue item.

Custom Rally Towers, detail view

Tower height & rake

Set by your fork, bars and riding position.

Screen mount pattern

To the screen or fairing you are fitting.

Cable & hose routing

Pockets placed so nothing fouls on full lock.

Instrument & GPS mounts

Bosses for the kit you actually carry.

Bracket spread & stops

So the tower does not meet the tank.

Finish & marking

Anodised to your colour, your logo laser-marked.

What We Need From You

  • The part and the bike — make, model and year, and what it is replacing.
  • The drawing — 2D PDF or 3D STEP/IGES. We ask for it by email after your enquiry.
  • Material — Aluminium as standard.
  • Finish and branding — the colour you want, and the logo file to be marked.
You do not upload anything to start. Send the requirement through the enquiry form; we reply by email and ask for exactly the files we need — nothing more.

A Tower Fails at the Base, Not at the Top

Everyone designs the part you can see. The part that breaks is the joint where the tower meets the bike.

1. What the tower actually carriesScreen, instruments, GPS, phone, roadbook. Mass high and forward is what the base has to survive - a tower drawn for a small screen and then loaded with a tablet flexes at the mounts.
2. Where it bolts to the bikeBar mounts or dedicated bosses on the clamp. A tower clamped to the bar mounts inherits every input the bars get; one bolted to the clamp does not.
3. Triangulation back to the headstockA single flat plate is a spring. The load path wants a second plane - a brace, or a wider footprint at the base - and that decision changes the whole outline.
4. Screen pattern and rakeThe screen's own bracket has to sit at an angle that does not fight the tower. Send the screen's mount pattern and the angle you want it at, not just its width.
5. Full-lock clearanceBars, levers, mirrors and the loom, at both locks, with the fork compressed. Towers usually foul at lock, not in the middle.
6. Vibration and the loomWhere the harness runs, and whether the tower's own edges need a radius so they do not chafe through it over a season.

Tell us roughly what the tower will weigh when it is loaded. It is the one input that changes material thickness and bracing more than any single dimension on the drawing, and it is the one people leave out.

Your Drawing Becomes the Part

This is the only thing we need to quote: the geometry. Everything else we settle with you by email.

What we will not do

We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design. Before production starts we ask for trademark authorisation for your mark and a non-infringement undertaking. No Mosvolt branding appears on the finished part.

Rally Towers Quick Answers

Yes. Send the bike, the fork, the screen and the instruments you run, and we build the tower to that stack — height, rake and bracket spread all follow from it. Submit the requirement and we ask for the drawing by email.

A 2D PDF or a 3D STEP/IGES. Submit the enquiry first and we will ask for the drawing by email — you do not need to upload anything to get a quote started.

Aluminium as standard. Anodised in a colour matched to your brand, with your logo laser-marked on the part.

Where a process does require tooling, it is quoted separately as its own line — never bundled into the unit price.

Priced per drawing and quantity — there is no list price for custom geometry. A sample is produced and charged at full rate, and it is not credited against the production order.

No. We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design, and we ask for trademark authorisation plus a non-infringement undertaking before production starts.

Other Directions We Build to Order

Same factory, same process. If your part is not a rally tower, it is probably one of these.

Images are representative renders of our manufacturing capability — every part is produced to your drawing and carries your brand.
