What We Can Change

Six things that make the part yours instead of a catalogue item.

Custom Suspension Arms & Brackets, detail view

Arm length & rake

Set by the travel and camber you are chasing.

Bushing bore & width

Matched to the bushings you run.

Ball-joint or heim boss

To the joint you specify.

Shock & sway-bar mounts

Placed for your damper and linkage.

Gusseting & fillets

Where the drawing calls for them.

Finish & marking

Anodised to your colour, your logo laser-marked.

What We Need From You

  • The part and the machine — make, model and year, and what it is replacing.
  • The drawing — 2D PDF or 3D STEP/IGES. We ask for it by email after your enquiry.
  • Material — 6061-T6 as standard. 7075-T6 on request.
  • Finish and branding — the colour you want, and the logo file to be marked.
You do not upload anything to start. Send the requirement through the enquiry form; we reply by email and ask for exactly the files we need — nothing more.

Geometry You Cannot Fix After the Cut

Arm length, pivot height and shock position are locked the moment the part is machined. These are the ones to settle first.

1. Pivot points, centre to centreThe two chassis pivots and the joint centre. Arm length sets how camber and toe move through the travel, so it is a geometry number rather than a size number.
2. The ride height you are aiming forIt decides the arm angle at rest, and the arm angle decides how much of the travel is droop and how much is bump.
3. Shock mount positionMoving the lower eye changes the motion ratio, and small moves change it more than most people expect. Send the shock's eye-to-eye length and its width.
4. Joint type and taperBall-joint taper and stud length, or heim bore and width. The boss is machined for one of them, and the two are not interchangeable afterwards.
5. Bushing bore, width and sleeveThe arm has to clamp the bushing the way the original did, or it walks in the housing under load.
6. Wheel and tyre you are runningOffset and diameter decide clearance at full lock and full bump - especially on a widened track, where the tyre gets there first.

Send the old arm if you still have it, even bent. Measuring a bent arm beats guessing at a straight one, and the direction it moved tells us what the machine was doing when it gave up.

Your Drawing Becomes the Part

This is the only thing we need to quote: the geometry. Everything else we settle with you by email.

Four Steps From Spec to Delivered Part

Send your requirement

The part, the machine, the material and the finish. No upload needed to start.

We ask for the drawing

2D PDF or 3D STEP/IGES by email, plus the fitment details.

Quote, then a paid sample

Priced per drawing and quantity. The sample is charged at full rate and is not credited against the order.

Production and delivery

Batch production, laser marking, DDP door-to-door.

What we will not do

We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design. Before production starts we ask for trademark authorisation for your mark and a non-infringement undertaking. No Mosvolt branding appears on the finished part.

Suspension Arms & Brackets Quick Answers

If you have the pick-up points and the travel you want, yes. Send the drawing and we machine to your geometry rather than to a lift-kit number. Submit the requirement first and we ask for the drawing by email.

A 2D PDF or a 3D STEP/IGES. Submit the enquiry first and we will ask for the drawing by email — you do not need to upload anything to get a quote started.

6061-T6 billet aluminium as standard, 7075-T6 on request. Anodised in a colour matched to your brand, with your logo laser-marked on the part.

Where a process does require tooling, it is quoted separately as its own line — never bundled into the unit price.

Priced per drawing and quantity — there is no list price for custom geometry. A sample is produced and charged at full rate, and it is not credited against the production order.

No. We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design, and we ask for trademark authorisation plus a non-infringement undertaking before production starts.

Other Directions We Build to Order

Same factory, same process. If your part is not a suspension arm, it is probably one of these.

Images are representative renders of our manufacturing capability — every part is produced to your drawing and carries your brand.
