Before production starts we ask for trademark authorisation for your mark and a non-infringement undertaking. No Mosvolt branding appears on the finished part.
Eight families cover most of what we are asked for: triple clamps, peg and brake brackets, conversion triple trees, tail loops and seat bases, rally towers, skid plates and tank brackets, suspension arms, and caliper or engine adaptor plates. Those eight are our most-requested families, not a limit — if your part is none of them, send the drawing anyway.

6061-T6 billet aluminium as standard, 7075-T6 on request. Anodised in a colour matched to your brand, with your logo laser-marked on the part.
Priced per drawing and quantity — there is no list price for custom geometry. A sample is produced and charged at full rate, and it is not credited against the production order.
Where a process does require tooling, it is quoted separately as its own line — never bundled into the unit price.
Custom work has no list price and no published minimum — both are part of the quote, per drawing. Send the drawing and the quantity you have in mind; if you do not know yet, we will tell you what the volume breaks look like.
