What We Can Change

Six things that make the part yours instead of a catalogue item.

Custom Triple Clamps, detail view

Rake & offset

Set by your frame and fork combination, not to a stock dimension.

Fork bore & spacing

Machined to the fork legs you are actually running.

Stem length & thread

Matched to your head tube and bearing stack.

Bar mount & risers

Bar-clamp pattern and rise to suit your setup.

Cable & hose routing

Relief pockets and guides placed for your build.

Finish & marking

Anodised to your colour, your logo laser-marked.

What We Need From You

  • The part and the bike — make, model and year, and what it is replacing.
  • The drawing — 2D PDF or 3D STEP/IGES. We ask for it by email after your enquiry.
  • Material — 6061-T6 as standard. 7075-T6 on request.
  • Finish and branding — the colour you want, and the logo file to be marked.
You do not upload anything to start. Send the requirement through the enquiry form; we reply by email and ask for exactly the files we need — nothing more.

Six Numbers That Decide Whether the Clamp Fits

Clamp quotes stall on the same measurements. Bring these and the drawing conversation takes one email instead of four.

1. Fork tube diameter, upper and lowerPlenty of forks are not the same diameter top and bottom. Measure both legs at the clamp line itself, not at the dust seal where the tube tapers.
2. Stem diameter, length and threadThe stem is what locates the front end in the head tube. Give us its diameter, its length below the lower clamp and the thread that holds the top nut.
3. Bearing stackBearing part numbers or the inner diameter, outer diameter and height of the two races. This is the number people most often leave out, and it is the one we cannot infer.
4. Offset, taken off your existing clampOffset is the distance from the steering axis to the centre of the fork bore. Measure the clamp you already have rather than the figure in a manual - aftermarket yokes rarely match the book.
5. Clamp spacingCentre-to-centre distance between the upper and lower clamp. It sets where the fork sits in its travel and cannot be corrected later by machining the bores.
6. Bar mount, hose and fender clearanceThe bar-clamp bolt pattern and riser height, plus where the brake line, the cables and the fender want to pass. Relief pockets are cheap at the drawing stage and expensive afterwards.

If you are changing offset on purpose, it is worth knowing which way you are going: more offset moves the front axle forward, shortens trail and makes the steering lighter at the cost of straight-line stability. Less offset does the reverse. Tell us the number you want to reach and we machine to it, instead of copying the stock part and hoping.

Your Drawing Becomes the Part

This is the only thing we need to quote: the geometry. Everything else we settle with you by email.

2D PDF or 3D STEP/IGES by email, plus the fitment details.

Quote, then a paid sample

Priced per drawing and quantity. The sample is charged at full rate and is not credited against the order.

Production and delivery

Batch production, laser marking, DDP door-to-door.

What we will not do

We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design. Before production starts we ask for trademark authorisation for your mark and a non-infringement undertaking. No Mosvolt branding appears on the finished part.

Triple Clamps Quick Answers

If you have the geometry, yes. We machine upper and lower clamps to your rake, offset, fork bore and stem — for Harley and cruiser builds, and for fork-conversion swaps where one fork goes into another frame. Send the part and the bike details and we will come back with exactly what we need.

A 2D PDF or a 3D STEP/IGES. Submit the enquiry first and we will ask for the drawing by email — you do not need to upload anything to get a quote started.

6061-T6 billet aluminium as standard, 7075-T6 on request. Anodised in a colour matched to your brand, with your logo laser-marked on the part.

Where a process does require tooling, it is quoted separately as its own line — never bundled into the unit price.

Priced per drawing and quantity — there is no list price for custom geometry. A sample is produced and charged at full rate, and it is not credited against the production order.

No. We do not reproduce original equipment parts and we do not copy factory appearance. Every part is a generic structure built to your own design, and we ask for trademark authorisation plus a non-infringement undertaking before production starts.

Other Directions We Build to Order

Same factory, same process. If your part is not a triple clamp, it is probably one of these.

Images are representative renders of our manufacturing capability — every part is produced to your drawing and carries your brand.
