Yes. Sampling is charged at full rate and is not deducted from the production order. Where a process requires tooling or a mould, that cost is quoted as a separate line — it is never absorbed into the unit price.

Minimums are quoted per drawing — they depend on the part, the process and the material, so there is no single blanket figure. Tell us the part and the volume you have in mind and we will price against that.

Yes — that is our second layer. Clamps, pegs, grips and nameplates can ship as one colour-matched kit finished under your brand. Printed packaging is available once volume supports it.

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) door-to-door service, air freight (7–15 days), and sea freight (25–35 days). DDP is recommended for first-time buyers — zero customs hassle.

Lead time is confirmed on your quote. Sampling runs ahead of any tooling or bulk production; bulk timing depends on quantity, finishing and marking. Stock parts ship from our ready inventory.

Stock parts are designed for Surron Light Bee (LBX), Surron Ultra Bee, Talaria Sting, and Talaria XXX — each product listing specifies exact compatibility. Custom parts are made to the vehicle and fit you tell us, so any make or model can be quoted. Not sure? Contact us with your bike model.

We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal. Sampling is due in full before production; bulk orders are confirmed against a deposit with the balance before shipment.
