What's in the Kit

Installation Steps
Prep. Confirm the kit matches your platform (see compatibility table below). Gather a 6mm hex set, torque wrench and DOT-approved brake fluid.
Remove the stock rear brake. Unbolt the factory caliper and any mechanical rear brake linkage. Keep the stock bolts aside — some kits reuse the swingarm mounting points.
Mount the master cylinder and foot pedal. Position the pedal at a comfortable height for standing or seated riding, then torque the mounting bolts to spec with blue Loctite.
Route the brake line. Run the braided line along the inside of the swingarm, clear of the chain and tire. Use the included line clamps to prevent chafing.
Fit the caliper and rotor. Bolt the caliper onto the bracket and center it over the rotor. Check for even pad gap, then torque the caliper bolts with blue Loctite.
Bleed and bed in. Bleed the system until the lever is firm — air in the line reduces braking performance by up to 30%. Do 5-10 low-speed brake cycles before delivering to a customer.
